At ARTISANS, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we create. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help make the process simple and seamless.


Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
  • Product is returned in its original condition

For hygiene and quality reasons, damaged, altered, washed, or worn items cannot be accepted.


Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Subject to product availability, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share the reason for return or exchange.
  4. Include clear photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will prioritize the resolution and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ARTISANS will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For size exchanges or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International customers may request returns and exchanges subject to local shipping availability.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
